KS3 Clubs
Our KS3 sewing clubs are designed to give students a strong foundation in practical textile skills while encouraging creativity, independence, and problem-solving.
Working in small groups, students learn how to use sewing machines safely and confidently, measure and cut fabric accurately, and construct a range of projects from start to finish. Alongside developing technical ability, students are encouraged to think critically about design, precision, and planning skills that naturally support learning in areas such as Key Stage 3 Mathematics.
Projects are carefully structured to build skills over time, allowing students to progress from simple makes to more complex items. Whether they are complete beginners or have some prior experience, each student is supported at their own pace in a calm, focused environment.
Our KS3 sessions are ideal for students who enjoy hands-on learning, want to build confidence in practical skills, and are interested in exploring sewing as both a creative and functional life skill.
