Refund & Booking Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Once a place has been secured, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, cancellations, or changes in circumstances.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to transfer your booking to an alternative session or course once, subject to availability. This transfer must be requested in advance of the original session or course start date.

Transfers:

• Are limited to one per booking
• Are subject to availability
• Cannot be exchanged for a refund

If a session or course is cancelled by us, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

By completing your booking, you agree to this policy.

This policy applies to all classes, including both children’s and adult sessions.
